Who is InwardFaith
Our Story
InwardFaith is modeled after two bible verses. “2 Corinthians 4:16-18” “Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” The second bible verse is “Matthew 23:28” “So you, too, outwardly appear righteous to men, but inwardly you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.”
We believe in INWARD FAITH, that is changing not just our outer appearance but also changing our inner appearance too. What we consume, what we listen to, and what we think about is all reflecting on our spirit. We must have a firm InwardFaith that cannot be shaken.
We also believe that believers should always test the InwardFaith of other fellow believers too. As it says in “Matthew 7:15” “Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.” We believe it is so important to test one another, to make sure no false believers are trying to lead astray faithful believers of Christ Jesus.
We believe there are Five things one can do to build up their InwardFaith.
Nature
Getting out into nature is so important as it allows you to hear God better from the silence your Inward Soul experiences the peace of Gods wonderful creation surrounds you.
Self care
Getting plenty of exercise and replenishing nutrition from healthy food is important to building the InwardFaith of a follower of Christ Jesus.
Worship
Simply showing God we want more of him through our worship habits is essential for InwardFaith building.
Fellowship
Surrounding ourselves with fellow believers will build out InwardFaith up like never before. As Iron sharpens Iron so too a friend sharpens a friend. We are called into fellowship with one another to build each other up and to help one another stay discipline in our faith.
